April game of the month

The game of the month for April is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.

Modern Warfare Remastered is one of the best remastered games of this generation of consoles, allowing players to experience the feeling of playing, the then groundbreaking, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare all over again.

The game, developed by Raven Software, has been out for some time now along with Infinite Warfare, however, since its release the developers have been adding more content, keeping players coming back for more.

This seems to have sparked debate amongst the multiplayer community, with some players believing that this will stop the game from becoming stale, though others argue that the game at this point is no longer a remaster, but a 're-imagining'. This being said, the campaign is arguably the best part of the game, as players take control of a rookie Soap who is part of the squad containing the iconic characters Gaz and Captain Price. 

'Boots on the ground' warfare returns 

In recent news it has been announced that the series is returning to its roots with the upcoming Call of Duty: WW2. This will be a welcome change for fans burned out on the futuristic setting, with classic combat returning for the first time since the PlayStation 3 era.
